Hi there,

StandUp For Kids (a national nonprofit that does outreach to homeless youth) is in need of an office space in downtown Berkeley. As the new regional trainer I am starting from scratch setting up an office in the Northern California.

I need a small office to rent for under $800 a month. My ideal situation would be to share a floor with other companies but with my own private office. I would love to have it be more community minded because being locked up all by myself in an office might drive me crazy!

If you don't know of a specific location but have suggestions on where to look (other than craigslist and the Tribune) I would greatly appreciate it!

It shouldn't be a problem to find what you are looking for at all! In fact, your needs seem pretty simple to meet, especially for under $800. I work for an office space company, and if you would like I would be happy to help you out. I know how frustrating it can be trying to find the right space for your small business, especially with so many that seem to have been made to jerk the customer around.

Feel free to check us out, and I really hope you find what you are looking for!
