OK, so I saw "Ocean's Thirteen" and I totally want George Clooney's haircut.
Anybody know a not-too-expensive haircutter who: a) can give me George Clooney's haircut, and b) won't freak out when a 52-year-old woman asks for George Clooney's haircut?

Wed, August 15, 2007 - 7:31 PMGo to Supercuts.
But first, go to the Ocean's Thirteen website and print out a picture of George.
Take that picture with you Supercuts and show it to your Haircutter.

Thu, August 16, 2007 - 4:49 PMyes, pictures are VERY important. Take pics, front, back, sides, whatever you got. The more info you give her, the better for everyone.
(And if you don't want those pics afterwards, you can send them to me!) -

Wed, September 19, 2007 - 11:10 AMwhat's not too expensive? i would recommend zulma, at Remedy, in emeryville, but i believe she charges around $50. she is a great stylist, and is very gender/queer friendly. -

Thu, September 20, 2007 - 1:52 AMI was looking more in the $20 range. I've used Karen at Alexander Pope in the past, and she's absolutely terrific, but I just don't have $65 to drop every six weeks.

Sat, September 22, 2007 - 10:45 PMI was going to suggest Zulma at Remedy too...try calling them and asking or even drop by and chat with her. If the cut is simple to maintain once it's done she might be able to help you. There are a couple of other great stylists at Remedy too, i've found everyone there to be incredibly accommodating.
