If I do not include egg shells, bone, and meat scraps, can I throw stuff into my "yard waste" barrel?
We don't have much yard waste because we don't have a lot of trees or grass or stuff like that. Most of the time we don't even put the barrel out. We did today because we raked up apples that had fallen off the tree, and I thought, "Hmmm. I wonder...."
