Hey folks, I'm on the hunt for new digs. I'm looking primarily in Temescal/North Oakland & Adams Point , though Piedmont, Rockridge, Emeryville or Berkeley might work if it were in my price range.

Are you moving out of a wonderful spot and looking for someone to take it over, or do you know someone who is? Read on!

I have a fair amount of stuff and some furniture, so i'm not really looking to move into an existing household. A one bedroom would be ideal. I have no pets and don't smoke, have people over occasionally but am not a partier.

Requirements:
Gas stove
Laundry in building or nearby
Central heating
Ample natural light.
Not too noisy
Relatively close to BART (ideally not much more than 15 minute walk- I work a lot in SF)
A garage, designated pkg. spot, or an area with relatively easy street parking
Good closet space and kitchen storage, bonus if there is an additional storage or garage space.

Preferences:
Some outdoor space, it would be great to have a small garden, patio or at least a balcony to put plants on
Prefer hardwood floor, but clean carpet is OK
I'd really love to have a tub.

I can pay in the 800-1100 range. I've got great credit, a great rental history, and a winning smile!
