Hello There,
We are moving from San Diego to the Oakland the first of May and are looking into the areas known as Rockridge, Elmwood, Lake Merritt, Temescal and Piedmont. I'm looking for a place that has craftsman style, hardwood floors, w/d on premises, parking and loads of windows with easy access to the BART, walking/biking distance to coffee shops and has neighborhood charm. Anyone out there know of any place available?

Tue, April 22, 2008 - 2:59 PMDo you have the ability to shop around a lil? If so, I would suggest looking at craigslist.org. It usually means you have to pop on up to look at the place, but I would not move into a new place without looking at it, anyway. -
