I'm broke right now and this is my shameless plug. but the service I provide is totally cool so I don't even feel bad or anything!

$$ COST - DONATION$$ no one turned away for lack of funds

I'm a Pilates instructor and I teach 2 mat classes every week that are strictly donation basis payment. this means don't pay if you can't. it also means, pay what you can so that I can keep doing this.

the idea for me is to make Pilates more accessible. I want to help people get healthy and become more aware of their bodies. at my classes, there are activist, including a 60 year old tree sitter, mamas, cyclists, self-conscious guys, thin people, thick people, athletic types, desk potatoes, 20 somethings, 60 somethings all in the same class and its FINE! GREAT in fact! **everyone is different** and we all get to learn something about that. you work from your level **NO SHAME** and my job is to help you figure out where that is so you can improve.

pilates is GREAT for over all health as it focuses on the "core" which will really improve your everyday movement and posture and back and pretty much whatever activity you do when applied correctly.

here's my website: www.pilates2thepoeple.com
you can find all the info there as well
